I think our customers feel that way.  Also the 30 minute wait is an exaggeration in most cases.  At the Hollywood store, it’s the reality.

This was at the new Cane's on Thursday night.  I walked inside, even though the drive through line wasn't very long.  No one in line, walked up and placed my order.  30 minutes later they called my name.  Several cutomers that ordered before I arrived went to the counter and complained about the wait.

They must of had some issue in the kitchen.

it's pretty close to half an hour at the loma linda store, too. slowest service i've ever experienced, and it's consistently that way.

That's because all of the people leaving the hospital rush there to get something decent to eat.
