And in Fast Food News Part 2

I know. The entire center is new but they weren't acting like a bunch of newbies that didn't know the menu, how to use the register, how to greet or present a meal. The only flaw was one of their ice dispensers was empty and this was at 11:45 am. I let one of the counter members know and at it was filled immediately.

Culver’s has the second best fast food burger in America.

Another solid one is Runza, mainly in Nebraska I think. Similar to Culver’s.

Someone should tell the Culver's in Scottsdale how to make burgers because mine was not good. The meat Patty was singed to death, the bacon was crispy particles and the mushrooms were not recognizable as such by look or taste.

The chocolate shake didn't taste like ice cream in any way, just over whipped soft serve with chocolate syrup not properly mixed in.

Just for clarification no meat served by any of those places contain antibiotics.  The FDA does not permit antibiotics to be present in food.

Police released a photo of the sought individual, described as a white man in his 40s who is about 6-feet tall and weighs around 160 pounds.

Well, it certainly wasn't anyone from this board.

Why did they all get an F rating? What does that mean?

It means that during a cows life at times it receives antibiotics when a vet finds it necessary.  Because of this someone wants to pretend this is newsworthy.  I am not saying this because I am defending INO, I am saying this because it is journalism today.

We had our 70th anniversary party last night.  She rented out the Shrine Auditorium for us and then had KISS play a concert to about 3500 associates and their guests.  We also have an in house band that performed.

We started the night honoring the associates that were celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years with INO.  We bring them all up on stage give them their award for their years of service and they take their picture with Lynsi.  The 7 or 8 associates that were celebrating 40 and 45 years made a little speech.  What was really neat was the table next to me had some of our oldest living former long tenured associates.  Our first VP was there, he is in his 80’s.  Two other DMs were there they were some of the first “helpers” hired by Harry and Esther Snyder back in the early 50’s.  For a company that is getting bigger (27,000 associates now), it is crazy how well we all know each other, especially the long tenured people.  The other remarkable thing is seeing just simple regular associates, that work in the stores day in and day out, celebrating 35 years.  One lady sitting at my table loved the flexibility of her schedule which allowed her to work and be a mom early on and now allows her to be a grandma.  Very humbling experience.

Did they bring the good truck or the one that only has chips?

It was just burgers.  But damn was it good.  I had my first burger with a bun in 14 weeks, probably the longest I have gone without a double double in at least 31 years, but probably longer since I was a customer before I was an associate.

@Stradling.  So went to Temecula to gamble.  Stayed at a hotel away from the casino.  And there was an In N Out pretty much right next door on Fletcher I think.  That must be such a low producing In N Out.  I didn't see anybody inside of it or in line at 9ish pm on a Monday.  For that matter, I didn't see anyone on that stretch of the street at all.   It's like they built an In N Out in the middle of B'F*ck Egypt in Wisconsin open only in the winter.
