Been going back to Church's Chicken after my Popeye's chicken sandwich craving died off. Both places have better fries than In and Out.

Popeyes in general is. Anyone whos eaten KFC in the past 20 years hasnt been to popeyes.

I do wish we had a Popeye's closer, though. The only time I go is when I see my friend who is also my dentist in Mission Viejo in the same parking lot.

Their black pepper ranch is legit with the spicy strips.

Reading the posts on here inspired me to finally go try their chicken sandwich,  but while driving there I changed my mind, and went to Tommy's instead.

I get it maybe once, or twice a year. I have no idea how the one in Lake Forest stays open though, because there is never anyone there.

I'm trying to think what places I liked out that way when I worked in Lake Forest. I mainly ate at that shopping center in Foothill Ranch because it was super close....there was a sushi spot in there a bunch of us would go to have lunch and saki. Outside of that I kind of just went to Cabo Cantina.

Most the stuff around there are your standard chains. There was a good burger bar, but they changed ownership, moved it by the Home Depot for some reason, and it went downhill. Don't think it even lasted a year after the change. Surprisingly there is a good Mexican place located inside a gas station by that Home Depot. 

There is a First Class Pizza there, but it's a small one, and I don't think they even have beer.

How in the world could you have a restaurant that basically serves ONLY chicken fingers and not have a variety of sauces?  Your only options are honey mustard (no thanks) and "Cane's Sauce" which tasted like spoiled thousand island. 

No ranch, no hot sauce, no BBQ sauce.  That has to be the weirdest and stupidest business decision I've ever seen.  Breaded and fried pieces of chicken are essentially vessels for sauces and to not have any options?

Frankly, I blame INO.  These dummies see INO with a simple menu without many options having massive success and they try to emulate it with their own product.  Problem is INO pulls it off without seeming douchey.  Not Cane's.
