The laugh is he just keeps doing it. After being publicly outed for dick picks he doubled down and goes and does it again, and again. Obviously he wants out of his present life and figures this is the only way, such public disgrace he can't hold office again. Instead of just saying, fuck it, I don't want to be a public figure anymore, let me work the drive thru and be myself.
