If he can be just an average back lf the rotation guy this helps a ton. Anyone who thinks were done with injuries flr the year is fooling themselves. This move at least gives us (probably) something better than we can call up from the minors.

That's a good point, more setbacks will follow, they are just going to have to try and fight through this.

Not what I want to happen, but we are talking about the Angels here.

I have little expectations for him but glad to see the Angles bring him in. Anything that helps limit the innings needed from the injured guys. If he's half decent there's less rush to bring them back and they can rehab properly
