I think it is worth pointing out that Nonie was a switch-hitter up until this season. 
He's since focused only on hitting right-handed this year. 

Vs. LHP  - .316/.350/.474/.824 in 38 AB, with 4 XBH, 1 BB, 10 K
Vs. RHP  - .182/.265/.215/.480 in 121 AB, with 2 XBH, 13 BB, 39 K

Maybe he should give switch-hitting another shot? Or maybe we just need to be a little more patient as he adjusts to hitting righties as a right-handed hitter.

When he was drafted there was a video of him hitting and the RH swing was so much better than the LH. I think he's better off getting adjusted to RH only hitting
