I would like for them to skip the cold Iowa area in Burlington and send our top three stud OF's right to High-A ball.

Move Torii, Marsh and Adell together and to the 66ers. Jones up to Double-A.

That would be great for us fans here in the I.E.  I am literally minutes from that ballpark.

Marsh and Adell will be in Burlington next year. Hunter will be at Inland Empire to start next year, as will Jones, and surprisingly, Leo Rivas. Thaiss and Ward in AA, Fletcher, Hermosillo and Houchins in AAA.

By the end of next year, I think Fletcher will be the UTIF in Anaheim, Barria will get a couple spot starts, Ward will be in AAA, Thaiss will get a September call up, and Hunter and Jones will finish in AA.

Given the team's faith in Calhoun and Upton's presence, I think rather than keep Herm in AAA or on the bench, they'll trade him.

Adell is trying to hit .400 before his season is over.

Now that Rivas is back at Orem, you talk about a SICK LINEUP...

Rivas has mastered the strike zone in the lower minor leagues at 19. He has a  chance to get to AA before his 21st birthday

I think he could add some muscle onto that 150 lbs he is listed at too. He's 5'10" but that seems a little light for that height. Have to be careful about too much bulk though because then he may lose range and have to move off of 2B. Balance has to be struck. Like the guys plate discipline though and youth so really hoping for a good outcome here. If he could provide average to above average defense at 2B along with good plate discipline and maybe 15 HR's per year that would be a tremendous end result.
