I actually think that's it and the media. Gronk and Manziel are the same person, yet one guy gets benched and the other bangs a porn star while wearing his jersey.

 

It's the same shit as this bullshit Cam Newton dance controversy. Aaron Rodgers dances in the end zone and State Farm makes it a commercial, but when Cam does it we have controversy and it lasts for two weeks.

 

The NFL is a joke that make bullshit when it pleases to create hype. Same as the bullshit penalties, missed calls, and ref **** ups that they apologize for on Monday that doesn't change the outcome. It's still a genius marketing plan that people eat up.

I personally think the Browns overreacted. I think Pettine has something against Manziel and is looking for a reason to cut him. So what, he drinks. I get it that he went to rehab but he was on his ****ing bye week. He didn't get a DUI, he didn't assault someone, he was videotaped holding some champagne. Major overreaction.

Of course there were issues with Manziel showing up late to meetings and stuff, I would think there is more to it but I dunno.

 

Biggest difference between Gronk and Manziel is one is an all time great and the other is a young inconsistent QB.

 

Either way the NFL eats up these storylines.  Browns are a dumpster fire anyway.

Apparently Manziel got demoted because he lied to the team, telling them the video was old and having his friends lie to the Browns as well.

Brutal game for the Packers.  They are in serious trouble.

 

The refs even gifted them a few penalties in this game and they still couldn't win.

The refs tried their hardest to help GB on Brett Favre night and it still wasn't enough.  That first TD should have never been considering they called a phantom PI call that overturned an INT on the drive.  The GB passing game more often than not this year has looked pedestrian.  I drafted Adams in fantasy so after he missed so many games I expected or rather hoped he would come back and the GB offense would get going.  The last few weeks it seems like a lot of the times Rodgers throws to him he has a bad drop or he has zero separation from his defender.  On the last two plays of the game last night for the GB offense when they showed the replays and showed all the guys in the end zone not one of them was doing much of anything to create space with the lone exception being J. Jones who probably should have caught the ball on third down.  This morning I came across an article that pointed out how bad the Rodgers to Adams combo has been the three weeks:

Eddie Lacy fumbles way too much. He should get benched the remainder of the season unless injuries to Starks require he plays.

They say Janis isn't consistent and on the same page as Rodgers.  I don't think he would be worse than Adams. Guy seems like a freak, what have they got to lose other than Rodgers shaking his head after throwing it to Adams.

the refs also gifted them that TD by lacy. i don't understand players who think they need to ditch the ball as they cross the goal line. if i'm the coach, i'd fine the crap out of any player who did that. the packers were lucky there wasn't better video to show what an idiot lacy was.

The Howie guaranteed GIDP like Alex Smith check downs and the Bills have the best line I've seen this season against the Chiefs....nowhere near a pass rush and now Houston is out for the game.
