Attorney General Barr is not , in any way, in charge of or monitors the operation the Federal Prison system. They do not answer to him. That is handled by the Federal Bureau of Prisons which is run by a Director of Prisons for oversight. These are two completely separate branches of the Federal Justice System. 

You should do a little research so you may have some insight as to what you are discussing instead of promoting untrue statements.
