Even if he was killed and made to look like he committed suicide, there are a lot of powerful people who would be in trouble had Epstein testified.

Another 40% have already assumed it's true because of their dislike of Trump while the remaining 20% can't believe Trump and Biden/Warren/Sanders will be the choice in 2020.

Even on suicide watch, unless an inmate is on 1:1 observation (which is the exception), checks are made about every 15 minutes. If a guy is determined enough, even being on 1:1 isn't a guarantee. If he has thought it through enough, he can set up pretty quickly. Although the method of death hasn't been mentioned, hanging or suffocation is usually the cause of death in these cases.
