I was born in Bozeman, those median prices are ridiculous in comparison to income potential. There are, of course, the mobile home life in the under $300k market but shit gets dumb quickly in single family homes. There is always the view and riverfront properties that are the high end market but now it's just plain stupid money.

They are going to kill their own city pricing properties out of the residents income level. A housing market crash is going to happen where nobody can afford their $700k neighborhoods because the Piggly Wiggly is still paying only a couple bucks over minimum wage for cashiers. 

Real estate speculators are truly the worst enemies of any community.

Greene hasn’t been right wing in some time. She’s clearly been the establishment lap dog for two years. I’ll argue she is all part of the establishments plan to lose the house and pin it on the freedom caucus. All to set up a dem house to remove Trump should he win. 
 

Moderate establishment republicans infatuation with losing and ignoring their constituents paved the way for Trump.
