I was born in Bozeman, those median prices are ridiculous in comparison to income potential. There are, of course, the mobile home life in the under $300k market but shit gets dumb quickly in single family homes. There is always the view and riverfront properties that are the high end market but now it's just plain stupid money.

They are going to kill their own city pricing properties out of the residents income level. A housing market crash is going to happen where nobody can afford their $700k neighborhoods because the Piggly Wiggly is still paying only a couple bucks over minimum wage for cashiers.

Real estate speculators are truly the worst enemies of any community.

Time for the residents of Bozeman to cut down on their Starbucks consumption.

Same thing happened in Boise when all the California money started flooding in.

She needs to shut her trap. Constant musical chairs for the speaker position, so a far right nutjob that won't negotiate with the other side of the senate floor takes the gavel, is not what the Republicans need.

Maybe the next one won't flip when the CIA pays him a visit.

The instability that is going on in the Republican party is destroying it. Greene is a grandstanding bag of wind.

Greene hasn’t been right wing in some time. She’s clearly been the establishment lap dog for two years. I’ll argue she is all part of the establishments plan to lose the house and pin it on the freedom caucus. All to set up a dem house to remove Trump should he win.

Moderate establishment republicans infatuation with losing and ignoring their constituents paved the way for Trump. The establishment was handed the full control of congress twice in the last decade and did jack shit with it. It ain’t the far right killing the Republican Party. It’s the nutless moderates who have destroyed the Republican Party. All they had to do was defeat Obamacare, stop illegal immigration’, kill green energy, and keep the queer shit away from kids.

It’s interesting to hear so many Cali moderates and republicans opine on the far right. California was red as Tobiy’s ass and yall allowed the dems to take it with ease. Not only that , you let things get so bad that you fucked Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado with your refugees.

As a fried chicken connoisseur myself, I hate to see it used as a weapon.

Sounds like this guy is getting screwed. He was more peaceful than 99% of black women involved in fast food disputes.

Did you see where the far right nut jobs banned free speech? The freedom caucus isn’t perfect but it’s the moderate kiss ass republicans that signed on with the Dems to destroy California and ultimately America

Long Beach declares health emergency over tuberculosis outbreak, 1 person dead

Quote

The city Department of Health and Human Services insists the risk of exposure to the general public is low, with the outbreak restricted to a "distinct population" of people with "significant barriers to care, including homelessness and housing insecurity, mental illness, substance abuse and serious medical comorbidities."

Electric car driver turned away from hospital car park

But that's not what I'm linking the article for.  It's the tidbit in the article.  Free medicine for all!  Could you imagine making a Dr's appointment when your son is 2, and waiting 5 years for it?

Quote

But he said in the end he complied because he did not want his seven-year-old son to miss an appointment he had waited nearly five years for.
