So would’ve been fine with Desantis? Yes Trump has a cult following but there’s a whole lot of us that simply reject liberalism. I voted for Cruz and still prefer a more conservative agenda than Trump. Itrumos main quality is he will fight back which is rare in the Republican Party. My point is Americas internal unrest isn’t political. The boundaries of good vs evil aren’t defined by party but they are divided morally. The nuclear traditional family and Christian judeo values are still the blueprint for success. We should embrace this as a culture and stop the stealing, killing , and lfbt non sense because it destroys lives.

Because he was, especially considering the time period when his life and ministry took place. The story of the Woman at the Well is a perfect example of this. Jewish leaders at the time wouldn't even look at a Samaritan woman. The parable of The Great Samaritan has a similar theme of defying societal divisions and prejudices to do what God is calling you to do.

Yeah the problem is going to take generations to undo.  Boomers did not do a great job parenting Gen X and it's trickled down and gotten worse and worse to where in combination with the internet age Gen Z is a complete mess of anti-social and mentally and spiritually lost and hopeless young adults.  At least Gen Zers are moving to the right so things could be starting to shift in a favorable direction

Another thing I'll say is, Jesus actually was "tolerant" regarding salvation when he announced that Gentiles were included in God's salvation plan. When he preached this in his hometown, he was literally ran out of town. 

The Jews of the day thought the Messiah would come to rescue the Jewish people. Jesus preached he came to rescue all people. This angered the Jews.
