IGNORED

The FBI just raided Jared from Subway's house

Recommended Posts

A troubled friend is serving 15 years in Federal prison, not for possession of child pornography, but attempting to produce it.

He sent a disposable camera and sex toy to what he believed was an underage girl he met on AOL chatrooms who was really an undercover cop. I think they got him on Federal charges because he mailed the items through the post office.

After release in a few years he faces another 8 years of supervised release. They seem to be setting him up to fail because he has to reimburse the Feds for random drug/alcohol tests and mandatory mental health services, yet will be prohibited from owning or using any device capable of connecting to any computer network, internet or intranet. That also applies to the workplace. I can't imagine finding work anywhere where there isn't at least minimal computer usage.

Scooping up dog shit at the park will work for this guy. Pool cleaner.

Couldn't this be used as an argument that Jail will be cruel and unusual punishment, and request home confinement?  At least isn't that one option a high priced attorney would use?

Hes on house arrest for now pending trial...publicly shamed, finances destroyed, wife leaving him, knowing not only is he going to prison but hes going to have a huge bullseye on him....really wouldnt suprise me if he tries to commit suicide. All the elements they tell us to watch for are there...

One can only hope he chooses this path.

A reporter says Jared Fogle asked her to put hidden cameras in her children's rooms

This guy is toastier than a Quiznos Sub.  And he might take Subway down with him too.  Which really wouldn't be a bad thing.

Wait a second...

Herman said she has been working with the FBI for nearly a decade in its investigation into Fogle, now 37 and the father of two children under 5.

Herman told CNN that she wore wires for more than four years to record conversations with Fogle in which he talked to her "numerous times over the course of years about having sex with minors."

"He talked about sex with underage children," she told CNN. "It was just something that he really, really enjoyed."

It took the FBI this long to drop the hammer?  Really?

I'm thinking this lady is full of shit.  Probably looking for some publicity.

Can't stand Subway. Worked there when I was 16 and it was just one of the worst jobs I ever had. The owner was a huge bitch and would humiliate you in front of customers. Just going in there and smelling the bread triggers bad memories.

Oh, and I used to have to clean the pastrami machine and since then I can't eat pastrami it was so disgusting.

I'm a huge believer in repentence and giving people second chances, especially when they are young. Problem now is that he never did change and this issue is recurring. I don't know if he is still a pedo, but he still has huge issues with sex and intimacy. I feel horrible for his wife.

Thing is nate, for every one Josh Duggar there are thousands and thousands of Christians doing the right things but guys like you and dudeabides would rather find and talk about the one.

All those thousands and thousands don't have the same platform as this guy though.

Lots of them have platforms.  The question is who is being heard?

I am a fundamentalist Christian and I only ever knew him as one of the Duggars, I only found out about him being a spokesperson is after his crimes came out.

Look, I will be the first to admit that Christians aren't much better (maybe worse) at picking spokespersons than african americans.  But I think the truth, perhaps for both, is that the type of person who wants to be heard like that may never be the person who would represent you the best.  The Christians really doing the work, whether it is here or abroad are doing it quietly, like Jesus said to do it.

That's how the attitude has been for a while. Male rapists are worse than murderers, while female rapists are just misguided victims who need help. Same with the victims. Female victims are martyrs while male victims are pussies.

I support equality of the sexes but shit like this makes me question it.

Casey Royer used to serve sandwiches at the Subway down the street from me.

Punk rock 4 life yo!

Edit: I'm not talking years ago, I'm talking about a couple weeks ago.

I don't understand how people think they can get away with crimes like these. I guess the same twisted mentality that causes one to think it is okay to be a pedophile also prevents one from comprehending that once you get caught, your life is over.
