his balance may come back in KC.......I wish Ibanez well -- I hope he rakes for KC the rest of the season and then retires after having had a good second half.

 

Ibanez just didn't produce at the plate for the Halos but it doesn't lessen his reputation as a good guy and a good team mate.

 

It was disappointing to think his career would end on a .147 note or whatever below the Mendoza line average he had when the Halos released him (and it was really the only move the Halos could make).

Forget who said it, but someone last winter said 'inanez would totally rake in anaheim', which was followed by the obligatory AW "racist" comment.

  Oh man, poor Raul.  The Royals should do him a favor and NOT let him play anything other then DH or PH if they just have to let him hit.  It's just sad to have moments like these the last memories of him as a baseball player.

I figured that no other American League team would even let him own a glove.

 

It is really sad to see what he has become. His batting average is approaching mine.
