That goal by Carter gave the Kings their first lead in the series. Going into the intermission, they had led in the entire series for a grand total of 0.4 seconds, yet held a 2-0 series lead.

 

that is one crazy stat.

Quick was just ridiculous tonight. Those two saves with the paddle were insane.

 

The rangers had some really good chances, but the Kings were just efficient as could be tonight.

Expect the Rangers to run into Quick a LOT, among other chippiness.  They will try to draw retaliation-penalties, or just pick fights with Kings such as Doughty, Williams, and Kopi...

 

The longer it takes for the Rangers to score, the more frustrated they'll become.
