Good interview. This was needed to get that weight off his shoulders from last seasons struggles. Like his comment about Pujols better be healthy and running if he is hitting in front of him. Sounds like hitting the weight room did good for his confidence. I expect a big year from him. Hopefully we can add one more SP.

He said he was hitting the weight room this off season.  I hope that translates into a better season.

Getting bigger in the offseason is not to going to help him identify the hitting zone and lay off pitches in the dirt, three feet off the plate.
