A split likely would have kept Texas out of the playoffs for sure.  Now with a win tomorrow they have a great shot.

That's the point. Everyone did know they sucked and it was a horrible season so whatever, last 4 games doesn't really matter. But what sucks is that the Rangers are in a tight Wild Card race and everyone in the MLB is checking in on this game(especially the Indians and the Rays) and paying attention and it's embarrassing for the Angels to be taking it in the ass like that.

The Rangers will soon thank the Angels for completely rolling over and being their doormat to step into the postseason. It took a lot for the Rangers to potentially overcome the Curse of Mike Napoli. I guess destroying the team that originally wronged Him was the elixir.

For those of us that thought the Angels had turned the corner and had improved to the point of beating the Rangers, this series is like being in an abusive relationship and being in denial.  We believed that they had changed, but noooo, the beatings continue.
