Ya well for some reason the people who run the Angels have decided that letting him own all that is smart.  Like I said.  Most other teams do not operate how the Angels continue to operate.  Especially the good teams.  We still have the GM big boss thing going on.  The “smart” teams that are much more successful got rid of that structure.

I'm one of those who thought that and still do. Unfortunately, time is not kind to all of us and senility happens. That was 1 decision. Using Suzuki as much as he does is another. Giving Rojas all those starts over Adell is another. Using Mayers in a close game after he got torched the 1st time was another. Maddon seems to think that everyone on the team is interchangeable and performs the same, so will just go with match-ups.

Yes. And that's incredibly worrisome. 

That's not just a move you "think is best". It's something you pull out of your ass because you think you're a genious. Again: It has been done just 8 times since 1900. It's not a pitching change, or a shift, or a pinch hitter; It's one of the rarest things you'll ever see and it was absolutely idiotic and unnecessary.
