His lawyer will have to prove it was a setup and she was pummeled by her lawyer in an extortion scheme. And even then the Dodgers will still dump him. In two years he's probably pitching for the Astros.

Yes.

Whole thing hinges on proving anything was done without consent. But thats the tough part. Those text messages, and the fact she went back the second time isnt going to help her at all.

But, who knows what else comes to light.... either that helps him, or hurts him
