It's a little too soon to tell obviously, but Chicago is easily one of the best teams in the AL this year. I'd be shocked if they didnt make the playoffs.

Welp, that game sucked, but that happens over a 162 game season.  Offense looks good, CRod looks FANTASTIC.  

 

Saw this and was surprised/glad to see.  Walsh is going to start too, so that means Pujols will get a day off.  I hope they do let Ohtani DH as many games as he wants, which should hopefully mean he starts at DH in all but the games he pitches in.

Going to guess the lineup will be something like:  2B Fletcher, DH Ohtani, CF Trout, 3B Rendon, 1B Walsh, LF Upton, SS Iglesias, C Suzuki, RF Fowler.

Upton and Walsh may be flipped given Upton's quality of ABs, but they might want to break up the lineup a bit more like that and create some RHH/LHH balance.

I imagine it is something that'll be appealed and probably reversed with time.  That was an absolute bullet, hard to fault the fielder when a ball is scalded like that.

This is a good point. The White Sox are beyond stacked. Let’s win at least one more and at least split the series. That would be a very acceptable outcome.
