He was on of my favorite players when he was with Cleveland. Him, Manny Ramirez, Jim Thome, Vizquel, Lofton, Alomar, and random dudes like Carlos Baerga.

That's what sucked about 1995. The Indians went to the WS but some of the most memorable games I remember from that year was when we played the Indians. Damn good games. I thought we would see them in the ALCS that year.

If Smith could have closed out this game it would have meant one more win than the Mariners and we just might have met them in the ALCS (I think we would have gotten past the Yankees).

This is one of the things i used to argue with people about Manny, that he was such a big rbi guy.

You bat 4th in that lineup and not crush it in rbi..... its impossible.
