from 2015 to 2018 he threw 580 innings which is 145ip per year.  Which is a shade under 6 per start and he was at 6.3 this year.

Actually at this point, I really don't care who we get, just give me three sp who can pitch around 200 innings and keep the ERA under 4

that's a tall order and unless Heaney goes back to being his 2018 self, it's unlikely.
