I never know what to make of these anymore.

Dehydration becoming TJS was the kicker.

Hoping it's just them being extremely cautious...can't blame them.

They've done everything to limit his pitch counts the past two years.    Other than his junior year at UCLA, hasn't he had pretty much normal usage back to HS baseball? 

Is his delivery one that could always make his elbow/forearm vulnerable?

This is the first season that the emphasis on spin rates, coupled with a new pitching coach has been in effect. It would not explain Richards, Heaney, Skaggs, Ramirez, Tropeano...
