he's not getting a large contract no matter what. he's got a lot of rebuilding to do before any GM is giving him a large contract. if he kills it for the angels next year, he'll still get a two year deal.

How’s his stuff?  I ask because in the playoffs we saw Joe Kelly have great stuff but for the year he was very average.   Is Harvey’s stuff good?

I was figuring 9 with incentives to 12m.  

1 yr deal for a guy that still sits in the mid 90's and has a nasty slider.  

If you don't want my opinion, then don't read this.  

I think a guy like Harvey signs a 1yr deal with the team that most impresses him as to how they're going to turn him back into what he was.  

BTW, he's also a Boras client.
