I'm going to guess Greinke, Gyorko, and Gomes as who the Angels acquire in trade, shedding Calhoun and Parker's salary in the process.
They'll sign Markakis for RF, a cheap #5 like Shields or Holland or Liriano, and ST invites to a couple relievers and guys like Matt Adams.

Greinke, Skaggs, Heaney, Barria, FA #5 for the rotation. Shoemaker, Canning, Suarez, Sandoval as depth.
Pena, Alvarez, Robles, Brice, Anderson, Bedrosian, Buttrey for the pen. Jerez, Peters, Middleton, Jewell as depth.
Markakis RF, Trout CF, Ohtani DH, Upton LF, Pujols 1B, Simmons SS, Cozart 2B, Gyorko 3B, Gomes C for the line-up
Smith, Fletcher, Bourjos/Herm, ST invite IF for the bench.

They keep almost the entire farm intact, and trade for and sign enough vets to get them through this year and next with a mostly full payroll. 

Leaves the door open to blow things up next deadline and deal almost anyone away to prep for the Adell Years. Pretty much every vet from Trout, Simmons, and Skaggs down to Cozart, Gomes, Gyorko, and Markakis would be close to the end of their contract. Sell all and play the youth from there on if things go south.

I would just like the Angels to trade all their bad players and bad prospects (which I know we don’t have) for all the best players of positions we need on other teams.

If he were going to be that then he would cost a lot more than we can afford. He's only got one year left and probably won't cost much in terms of talent. He's probably a mid range starter at the moment and the Angels could use that. I would hope the Angels aren't expecting him to be WS Bumgarner.
