Jose Altuve has 8 home runs on the year now. He's slugging .636. The guy has developed so well for Houston. Speaking of Houston, they're up 5-0 and a win tonight would be the first time they won back to back games this year. Whoa.

He's past Trout in HRs, but at least Trout is now tied with Trumbo in the worthwhile RBI category.

The Phillies starting staff is sick. It's almost 5 #2's. I had no idea it would be like this when the season started. Who is their GM? We need a guy like that

He is responsible for the Ken Giles trade, which looks like it may be a complete heist so far. Velasquez is pitching like a frontline starter and anything else from the others like Appel will be gravy.

Gotta love Altuve. Just tied the game for the Astros. He's 4-4 tonight and hit his 9th HR. He has 9 home runs and 10 stolen bases, hitting .330.

Love the guys Dipoto brought in, and the control the zone philosophy (+35 k/bb ratio right now) has yielded some nice results since all of the guys have bought in with encouragement from Servais.  Even if it doesn't hold up, it's nice to see there's some potential as he does a 3-4 year true rebuild. 

And Cano being a god damn boss this season.
