There are direct ties to deals made and the Clinton foundation receiving money to their "Foundation" including Bill getting his $500k to speak in Moscow once the takeover of Uranium One was complete. Millions of South Koreans are not exactly on board with dying in a few short days so America can prevent thousands from the same fate. Any attack on North Korea spells genocide of epic proportions in Seoul and a humanitarian crisis for the entire region as survivors try to find food and shelter. 

If they launch then it's open season but without that condition I just don't see any moral high ground of shoot first because you thought they would pull a gun on you.
