Chinatown and K Town are two different places.  Although I can see the confusion since they are bad drivers in both areas.  I live on the fringe of K Town.  I don't like driving through, unless I really have to.  It's funny, but you can tell when someone is going to do something truly stupid.  Granted it's usually half the drivers out there.  But man, it's like a turn lane on the right and left is bad luck.  I've seen people make a right, from the far left lane.  But the best is once I saw someone back up half a block because he missed his turn.  Common is when they are making a right, they will literally sit in the left side of the center lane of a three lane street, until they can make the turn.  They have plenty of room to get in that right lane, but it's like evil and has the cooties.

I love the right hand turns where drivers first bank left as if they need the turning radius. 

 

Ktown is the worst. But the Westside is full of young Prius drivers flying through every street and geriatrics who literally play bumper cars to parallel park. I installed front and rear cameras just in case I get hit again and the other party starts making up stories on the police report. Any time I ever have an interaction with another driver after an accident I pull out my cell phone, hit record video and let them incriminate themselves. 

 

Also what's up with the increase in dumbasses who drive with the high beams on?

Yeah, you can spot those a mile away.  They have no clue on what's going around them, about 5 mph below the speed limit, most of the time stopped at a green light.  Usually followed by a sudden right or left turn because they were too busy on their phones, that they almost missed their turn.
