Carlos Gomez to Angels?

If I'm trading Newcomb it's for a Martinez/Price combo or Upton/Kimbrel. Kimbrel can be our 8th inning guy and we'd move Joe to the 7th. But I'm guessing they don't want to add those kind of numbers to the pay roll.

It's nearly impossible. Kind of shows how good the movie is though that people will sit through it with every other word being muted. On top of that, AMC has about 5 to 7 minutes worth of commercials for every 10 minutes of the movie. It's a 2 and a half hour movie that airs for 4 and a half hours.

He is one guy I WOULD trade Newcomb for.

I understand Gomez has a few good seasons under his belt but no way am I moving a potential #1 arm for a year of control in Gomez. His numbers this year are underwhelming to say the least.

There's no way I'd trade Newcomb for Carlos Gomez. Yes, he's signed to a friendly deal. But, the steep drop in speed, the drop in power, especially lately, has me worried.

Bo Way would just be one of those small chips that's a throw in.  Consider Chris Ellis, Kaleb Cowart and Cam Bedrosian key parts of the potential deal with Gomez.

Still, not worth a top prospect. Ellis, Nate Smith, et al? Perhaps. But not Newcomb.

Why in the world would Bo Way have any trade value, even as part of a package? He's a soon-to-be-24-year-old OF with a .681 OPS in the Cal League, and who apparently can't figure out how to steal a base (11 CS in 26 attempts).
