What do you guys think of the name change? Kind of silly huh? We have a strange name that gets made fun of a lot. Not sure how I feel about it. Anyone wanna chime in that has a fresh perspective on this?

I don't blame them. I explain what the thinking was behind the name change, then the city of Anaheim's argument that led to "of Anaheim", but it's still a laughing matter and talking point at the end of the day.

Actually it's been a really long time since I've heard the "of Anaheim."  Now, I only hear LA Angels and I'm fine with it.

It makes no sense why a team in the heart of OC would change their name to be associated with a pisshole city, when they're further South from the LA border than freakin' Disneyland.
