If that record gets us 95, they have to shoot higher. I said it a few days ago, whichever of us and oakland wakes up first wins. Neither team will sleepwalk (offensively) the rest of the year. We need to wake up wuick and put a boot on their throat asap

Interesting in the Rob Neyer article that both Fangraphs and Baseball Prospectus have us and Oakland at 94-68.  Let's hope our edge in 1 run games continues and gets even wider although these games are tough to watch.  Still wishing for a few blowouts.

The consensus on here at the beginning of the season was definitely under 90 wins. Amazing that we endured the complete implosion of our closer, went out and got another one and we're a better club now than we were then.

 Playing like we have a cushion will ensure that they run us down. Playing like the division is tied every day is a better approach.
