Trying to think of a package that I'd want for Trout..it has to be multiple teams with another great player included imo (since no team has these requirements). Trout for 2 projected top of the rotation starters, one middle of the rotation pitcher, a legit MOTO bat, and high OBP leadoff hitter would be enough..at least almost lol.

I tuned in to AM 830 this morning.  Travis Rogers is off, so they were broadcasting a Yahoo feed on some joker from Boston.  His question was this:  What are your top ten sports moments for 2013.  Here are his:

3. David Ortiz

4. Boston Bruins making the Stanley Cup finals and getting to Game 6....and going to Game 7 to get in the finals

Every team has fans who believe that there are clubs lined up to trade their treasure for the favorite team's trash, or will take far less than the player being brought in is actually worth.

 

Bluntly put, I'm not sure that I would deal Trout for the entire Boston roster.

The beards weren't bad though. Stanley Cup finals participants have routinely grown them. Look at the Kings' beards in June 2012.

To be fair, the first article states its not at all gonna happen. Its just one guy speculating what it would take.

A couple of those articles are actually reasonable. It's the Red Sox and Yankee fans who think Trout is somehow their birthright that piss me off.

Obviously Trout isn't going anywhere, but I would imagine Bogearts would have to be involved, as well as Pedroia (I hate the guy, but he's on a very reasonable contract), and 1-2 very good pitching prospects.
