He made an awkward slide trying to stretch a single into a double, and had to leave the game. It looks like the hip. No word yet on the extent of the injury.

I think that was understood. I love how people say Miguel has to be on roids but we are witnessing an amazing first two years of a guys career and theres no way he is on anything. Not to mention the two over paid stiffs who probably stopped once they got paid

You don't see a logical connection? So Miguel is an offensive juggernaut right now and Shellback says Roids. But we are witnessing the greatest start to a guys career offensively and defensively of all time but he is absolutely clean? You can't have it both ways.

No I don't. Yes, Miguel is an offensive juggernaut right now but that isn't why shellback said roids. And outside of Trout's production offensively and defensively, is there any reason to suspect him of using PED's? There's no logical connection to indicate suspicion of Cabrera should mean suspicion of Trout.

Once Cabrera exits the batter's box he is no longer a good baseball player. That said, his work in the batter's box is pretty spectacular.

Cabrera has been hobbled this month with a strain in his groin, abdominal and hip area. He previously was playing with a banged-up left leg.

 

Cabrera was sidelined in late July with a strained lower abdomen, an injury that is related to his troublesome left hip.
