I don't disagree with this, but at the same time constantly reacting and changing managers and coaches might be equally detrimental. Might be worth giving them a shot to assess where they went wrong and what to do differently.

Really depends on what happens this winter. Is Arte gonna revisit selling? Will Perry be here still? Nevin? Also curious what the staff looks like on a regular 5-man rotation.

It’s only detrimental if you are changing out quality managers/coaches.

Don’t stick with an inadequate manager or coaches just for the sake of continuity.

Do we know they’re not quality? It’s Hezel’s first year. Pitching was good last year.
