He's had an ops of .925 in the minors this year.

OK, now I'm intrigued about Moniak. He was a #1 pick in 2016, moved through the minors playing OK, but never dominating at any level. He actually played pretty well in AA/AAA this year, but sucked (again) for the Phillies in a short trial. Fangraphs has him as a 40 FV prospect, so he's fringe. But still...#1 pick means he must have some talent, right?
