The reason Lundestrom's stock is down is because of the slugs he's had to play with. I would say, at this point, he's a better player than Henrique. If he was playing with Terry and Z, His production would be better than ever. Instead, they keep trying to force him into some vision they have of him as a shutdown center. Total misuse of the guy.

Comtois is his own worst enemy. His lack of development is because of the Duck's poor development system and his unwillingness to do what he had to counteract it (Like Terry did). I think he needs a change of scenery and Verbeek will move him probably before next season or in a couple years at the latest.

Kulikov and Vatrano are being forced to play in positions that are over their skill level. Put at positions where they previously played, they would be fine. The Ducks, as they presently are, aren't the best team to be on.

Benoit - neutral. Okay, what's wrong with that. He is, who he is. And, he's pretty good at being that. Put him with Klingberg and just leave them both together. They probably would flourish.

I've said enough about Silvferberg. His time is over. Everyone knows it. It's just play his contract out or buy it out. Right now, he's just a body filling a roster spot until it's needed.

Leason stock neutral, but Jones stock down. Only if you had a lot higher expectations for Jones in the first 20 games of the season. I'm not overly impressed with Leason so far and Jones hasn't been that bad considering where he's come from.

I could go on. But, I need to get some work done. I think it's starting to show that Stephens is spending a lot of time with the Kings this year.

So, Hebert just said, "You win the first one and then the next thing you know you sweep the road trip."  Or, some similar crap.

I was thinking if we go 1-3 over the next four, that wouldn't be too bad.

Got to get the one tonight though. The other three would be a lot more difficult.

Nashville, Dallas, Minnesota, Winnipeg.

Nashville and Minnesota are 20% chances to win.  Dallas and Winnipeg are 1% chances to win.

I don't know how Terry does it.  But he just seems to be a wizard in traffic.  Just stick handles his way through right through and around defensemen.

He is amazing handling the puck. The best is when he crosses the blue line by himself and, one on four, the other team still doesn't strip him.

TOP FIVE TRADEABLE ASSETS ON THE ANAHEIM DUCKS

I don't agree with #5, Rico.  I think Rico is really important for the Ducks long term.  He meshes well with Z and Terry, and he's a veteran that those two can learn from.  I think it's really important to have veterans, even on a rebuilding team.  He also plays the game right, and goes into those areas that Z and Terry do not.

Other than that, the returns on players are really lackluster.  Except for Klingberg and maybe Vatrano.

And really, they could have gone with Top 10 tradeable assets.  As I'm sure Beaulieavu, Grant, Silfverberg, Stolarz, and Gibswim could be moved.

Yeah, you have to get more than a third for Henrique to make it worthwhile to move him. Otherwise why not just wait until next years trade deadline. A second round pick talks. A third has just a borderline probability of turning out worth enough.

You know, one thing we have going for us value wise is our players tend to play better when they go somewhere else.
