This video is so good I think it deserves its own topic. I think we sometimes forget the potential this guy has. He could easily become our ace.

This. I think Lorenzen is a good depth piece, Syndergaard is a frontline guy, and a guy like Stroman or Castillo is just bonus.

But I want the bonus. And I want Iglesias.

I'm torn though between Stroman and Iglesias or say Taylor, Castillo, and Iglesias.

I like Sandoval a lot. He and Detmers I think are going to be very valuable for us.

But thats still some time away (likely), and even if they turn into aces in 2022 (they wont), they need help.

Ohtani is great, and I think his arm is fine. Not worried about that. And after seeing him last year, I have high hopes for Syndegaard. 

But they will pitch less than normal guys. 

Couple their limited starts, with the up and downs Sandoval, Suarez/Detmers or whoever gives us, we need a bonafide reliable pitcher. Period. 

I seriously hope Minasian and Arte showed up in the maternity ward unannounced last night with some "its a boy" cigars for stroman
