Same here!  8.5 million for Heaney?!  The price of pitching is gonna be high if he got 8.5 million.

The Angels have paid more for less betterer pitchers than Heaney.

He’s a solid back end guy.  Not bad. Dodgers have had some success turning guys around. He definitely has some upside but at worst he’s fine just as is.  The problem with Heaney and the Angels was that they needed him to be a 2 or 3.  They couldn’t make him that and he couldn’t get there on his own.  Maybe the dodgers don’t change that either.  A

Some of those NL West parks will help him, and maybe they have a plan for him - he needs another pitch - 2.5 pitches doesn't cut it in a starter.

I loved the trade when it happened. Thought we had a 2/3 SP cheap for several years. HK continued to play at a higher level than I expected too. Hopefully some of the Yankees prospects pan out.
