So if this case continues does not look like Bauer will be back pitching. Could this help halos get Ruiz in a deal? Coob and Watson for Ruiz?

Funny enough, I was looking up old players the past few days, for nostalgia. Read Johan Santana got accused of this, too. (Never heard that before)

Also read he countersued the accuser. Not sure the outcome. I wonder if Bauer does this.

He is contesting it.  From the article:

So dumb. Why waste time with a hearing on a restraining order issue? I'm sure Bauer wants nothing to do with her. Wouldn't he just agree to one?

Agreeing to the order is another step towards a civil suit showing he did something wrong. If there are no grounds for a restraining order it is a win for his legal team in future claims.

With Bauer out maybe halos can pry Gray or Ruiz from Dodgers. Getting any one of those 2 would be sweet as any danish.

Icing on the cake is if Bauer wins the restraining order battle she may be on the hook for $30k for filing a false claim. That is probably going to set off women's advocacy groups.
