Got an email today stating my son's school had their waiver approved by the OC health department and they will be allowed to fully reopen. Maybe there's a light at the end of this tunnel.

This post was 4.5 months ago. But overall, yes, I still think he has done a good job. I’d give him a very good grade on his handling of the virus. And compared to the job the federal government has done, his leadership has been great. All you need to do is compare his management of the situation to Trump’s to see how much better he has done.

So I just realized today that Southern Calolfornia is doomed when it comes to the Rona.  

Went to a casino.  They are doing temperature checks, making everyone wear masks, no smoking allowed inside, making sure everyone is 6 feet apart.  They are doing their part.

I go to the bathroom (a few times because it was hot and the beer was cold).  Wash my hands with soap and water like I should.  Not one other person washed their hands.  Probably saw at least 10 people just walk right on out after.

I've been to Vegas in March the week before they closed it down.  I went to Vegas in July during the 4th.  First trip to the Indian Casino.

I've never been singing in a band.

Haven't caught the Rona yet.

To be fair, I don't either. I hate casino/card room bathrooms.

When I go to Commerce, The Bike, or Hawaiian Gardens I prefer to just leave and then use the hand sanitizer closest to my table I am playing at. Like you said, ~10 people didn't wash their hands and I'm supposed to wash mine then grab that door knob?

I prefer and use the hand sanitizer a lot. Not even bathroom related. Just people coughing or sneezing in their hands then touching the cards or chips we are playing with.
