No, they gave up on that silliness over a year ago. Any Covid marking would show up in any part of the nasal fluids so no need to do more than a quick nostril wipe.

It's definitely been circulating for longer than they thought. Each time that's been the case. Wild, Delta and now this. Who knows what's gonna happen now. Hopefully vaccines work with the new kid in town.

Have had the feeling lately that we’re gonna end up having another lockdown after Christmas.

We had a new to our school 8th grader withdraw from school yesterday. His mother felt like our COVID protocols were too strict. Our protocols include assigned seats in each class, at lunch, and students have to wear masks indoors (masks outdoors are optional but 95%+ of the kids still wear them outside).
