Really hate Upton in the 4 spot

Actually, hate Upton the player, period, with his nonchalant gum chewing producing not a whole lot, especially in mid-high leverage moments.

This obsession with left right left... needs to stop. Heck, have Shohei bat lead off, Trout, Goodwin, Fletch, if Ausmus is so hung up on it. . But Upton high in the order kills any continuity. He should be batting in the 7 or 8 hole.

At over $20 mil a year, we need a whole lot better than streaky. As someone referenced before, it’s GMJ all over again, with a bit more streaky pop and a minus defensively. He’s done.

I totally missed it the first time around, but you think Fletcher should bat 4th?

Coming into yesterday he had an OPS of 1.053 in his last 50 at bats. He's right where he should be. Nobody else in the lineup is worthy or good enough for that spot. Obviously Goodwin should be playing more but he can take at bats from a mix of players.

Upton has been struggling a lot, but he still has an OPS over 700. I guess we need Nava and Cowgil back.

if he doesn't bat 4th, then his track record shows he deserves to bat either 3rd or 5th.  So move him down a spot.  Whoopty doo.
