I really don’t understand the Angel’s incapability of hitting lefties the past couple of seasons. With that said, I’m calling 6-7 runs and a Cozart homerun.

Part of it is lack of talent, the other is philosophical. They keep trying to pull that outside pitch that is 3 feet off the plate and rolling over to the left side and lefties just keep exploiting that. No adjustments made at all. It's like they don't have a hitting coach.

Goodwin should be playing over Bourjos. A no-brainer.

And just about anyone should be playing over Cozart at this point.

I figured it out.  The right handed batters who platoon with left handed batters suck!

Entering tonight, Angels starting pitchers have 2 wins in 19 chances. Still the worst rotation in MLB.

I made a whole thread about it. Let's see if they can defy years of suckage and actually hit a lefty tonight.

They need to have a little fun and have the players have a pool where they start by everyone donating $500, then  if you ground out to the left side you pay $500, if you get a hit to the right side you get $1000.
