This. Depends on what you put on the sandwich at Subway. Some of the dressings applied push the calorie and fat content really high.

Strawberries are unhealthy if you eat too many of them. 

 

You can eat whatever you want if you stay within your caloric and macro-nutrient needs, and avoid things your body responds negatively to. Some people have cholesterol issues, others have problems with gluten, sugar, sodium, etc.

i like the 4x4 that way. 

 

you can drop the sugar carbs by axing the sauce, its just sugar-infused ketchup.

go with mustard instead and animal style.

you could axe the tomatoes too if you want to be really anal.
