Check their OPS’s in 2018, granted Marte has only had close to 100 PA’s.   Valnobuena meantime barely has a .600 OPS and looks like shit usually.

If you take out his 2 weeks of hitting in April.  When the whole team was hitting btw (not really that important but anyway)  Marte’s OPS is like in the .500 neighborhood.  He’s not good man.

Mr Eppler, this season is over.  Whoever doesn't believe this is kidding theirselves.  Time to sell whatever we can, stock up the minors with whatever returns we get, and call up some AAA players to finish the season.  The record at the end of the year doesn't matter.  Just develop the young guys and determine who belongs at this level. So disappointed that it has come to this.  It looked so promising when we we on a roll and had a 13-3 record.  Boy, times sure have changed.

Really? How many playoff games did the Angels win during Dipoto's tenure?Other than Ohtani, Eppler  has done no better, neither one is worth more than a wooden, $3 coin. They both had obsessions with once good washed up vets.
