I pulled 2014 to 2018 so 5 years total. I googled and found a google docs spreadsheet.  Maybe it’s minor leagues too?

I was at the memorial service for Dr. Frank Jobe. One of the doctors from his team said as they looked at major league rosters these days, there was something crazy like 60% of pitchers have had the surgery.

One of the Angels pitchers who had TJ suggested to me that what he did with his previous team was the cause. 

Middleton is the only one who had been only with the Angels. Everyone else came from somewhere else.
