we have 7 out of 9 hitters under .300 OBP,  the guy hitting over .400 most of the year should be playing every day until either 

a. he stops hitting good or

b. the others start hitting better than him

No way Valbuena should be playing against RH's, Marte doesn't even have splits. In 2016 when he was playing a lot he was doing plenty of damage against RH's.
