Well deserved.  The best thing about Vlad was the fact that he always looked like he loved every minute he was on the field.

The weaver story is cool. And nail on head (from what we know). Vladdy was a bonafide superstar, and always seemed like "just one of the guys". Part of what makes trout so cool.

I guess his Astros time compared to here is similar to Vlad’s time here compared to in Montreal.

After searching primary teams, it has both Vlad AND Nolan Ryan listed for the Angels, and we all know what cap Nolan Ryan has on in his HOF plaque. So who knows

5 great years with the Angels.  But, he'd have to go in as an Expo with even greater, more years there, like Hawk.

You're right, because Hawk had greater years with the Cubs than he did with Expos upon 2nd look of the stats.
