Looked fine last night (2 rbi hits and quick enough on the bases).

Yeah, but both him and Maybin have both sorta been battling lingering day-to-day things last few weeks. Good to have some OF depth if only temporary. EYJr probably DFAed in a day or two to make room for another pitcher anyways.

You don't think he makes it until Friday?

hopefully it was the 60 day DL

Amen to that. Bud Norris is the last player they need closing games, putting him in there in the 9th improves the other teams chances winning.

Blake Parker has the lowest FIP & ERA in the Bullpen as well as a 11.4 K/9, hopefully he'll be the closer.

Maybe through Friday, but I could see him being DFAed next time they needed an arm. Revere was day to day a few games ago, he took a hard slide the other day, Maybin seems to always have something lingering, and Trout had the sore neck - think EY came up just to spell some OF help in a pinch if any of those were hurting day of. Without knowing how those guys are feeling Friday morning I can't say for sure, but think he'll be swapped out for a pitcher before long.
