The players have changed over the last 3+ years, the results haven't.  The change that needs to be made is on the coaching staff.  Get rid of all of them.

Can't really hope for a turn around like last year. Around this time last year, the Angels gained a player who had one of the all-time great WAR years and a reliever who didn't give up a run for 2 1/2 months.
